AMMNA HEAD COACH EOI - Now Open

The Australian Men’s & Mixed Netball Association (AMMNA) is now accepting

Expressions of Interest for Head Coach positions for the following National Teams:

• Mixed Open

• 23 & Under Men

  20 & Under Men

• 17 & Under Boys

 

We are seeking Coaches who can identify talent and develop them into a cohesive, championship-winning unit. These roles are pivotal in maintaining Australia’s dominance on the international stage.

Selection Criteria: The Cover Letter

Your cover letter is a critical component of the selection process. It must clearly address the following three areas:

1. Experience & Substantiation: * State your reasons for applying for a national role.

   • Detail your specific coaching experience (Regional, State, or previous National roles) that substantiates your ability to coach at this elite level.

2. High-Performance Environment: * Describe your methodology for creating a high-performance culture.

   • How do you manage elite athlete expectations and maintain professional standards in a high-pressure environment?

3. The Blueprint for Success: * What are the non-negotiable elements required in your program to achieve success?

   • How will you integrate technical skill development with tactical execution for your team?

Successful applicants must be available at the AMMNA Australian
Championships to participate in the Athlete Selection process as well
as attend Selection Camp/s and International Events.
