• The Australian Men's & Mixed Netball Association (AMMNA ) was formed  in 1985. Victoria and South Australia where the founding members with the first ever Men's and Mixed Netball Championship played in Melbourne in April 1985.

• Over the years, the Australian Men's & Mixed  Netball Championships has continued to grow and with teams from 7 states and territories complete to win a national title and vie for Australian selection.​​
